REGULATORY DOSSIERS

• Worked on the production of a dossier for an ingredient to be used in animal feed across the EU.



• Prepared regulatory dossier for the use of caffeine in a new beverage category in Canada.



• Prepared regulatory dossier to allow new use for an existing ingredient in India



• Prepared regulatory dossier to allow new use of an existing ingredient in China

SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATIONS

• Assembled expert group of international authors on cocoa and chocolate to critically assess health and nutritional aspects. Book published by Blackwell Science (Oxford, UK) in 1999, ed by Ian Knight. Click here for more details
  
  
• Analysed raw data from consumption study to produce reports to be used for submission to governments and further for a journal paper.
  
  
• Assessed feasibility for Vitamin A fortification program in Uganda for USAID, and prepared extensive technical report for both the local Mission and the Washington based Global Bureau.
